Introducing our own Molding process.
To make the mold perfectly, we do mold with few points that other companies hardly to do.
Despite of below Discharging finishing which provide high quality, we also accept order that mold is with Resin seal.
Finish
③ Melting
Put the alloy ingot into the melting furnace and melt it. Remove impurities from molten alloy
② Sand Mold
Set up the model with sand
① Parting Mold
Point！
⑤ Dry
Place the mold in a drying oven to stabilize the shape
④ Casting
Pour the molten metal into the mold
⑥ Initial adjustment
⑦ Shot blasting
Smooth the surface by hitting the stainless steel particles against the mold
⑨ Foaming Check
Our selling point！
We check the burr etc. with our foaming equipment and make final adjustment.
⑧ Discharging
Minor adjustment on the mating surface

We strive to accuracy of 0.1㎜ or less with highest skill
